I just recently got a car, its a '95 elantra.... nothing really good... its a car but I want to re do the car cuz its plain interior is stock marron... I want it a grey/black cloth... do you think I should change it becuase im going to be shaving my door handles and getting a new paint job which hopefully be yamaha blue or just pearl white because the paint job is just a regular white and everything is stock

I'd go with a Blue/grey seat and the rest a grey, grey is a nice neutral color that matches almost anything.

I was thinking about that... my parents told me that when i graduate that I would get a new car, well they are meaning that they are going to pay for my downpayment and then i would have to do the rest, But i've seen the tiberons (dunno how to exactly spell) but they are pretty nice. But I think i am just going to fix this up... I think i am going to put a spoiler on close to the stock one so its not ricey, but i dont know...

tell your parents instead of giving you a down payment, give you the cash so you can 'fix up' the one you have..

if you explain it as a cost effective responsible decision and replace things you can claim a 'repair' then you come out looking awesome.

for example, 'it runs a little rough' could qualify needing a tune up. new ignition, k&n, new exhaust...

'i want it to look better' can easily mean a new paint job, new seats, interior painting, whatever...

you'd be amazed at what you can classify as a 'repair'

how far away are you from graduating? cause depending on what your parents will put the down payment on, I would just wait for that car. but that's just my opinion...
