interior lighting question

Ok. I recently wired in blue LEDs in the floor panels and switched all interior bulbs (dome, map etc) to blue. My aftermarket radio is blue and just got my new S7 gauges and am installing soon. THe only thing left factory color is the defrost cluster ( 3 buttons ) and heater column. When i pop them off they are just orange colored plastic filters. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for replacements like colored plastic i can cut to shape OR can you strip the orange off and paint it blue somehow. maybe a translucent paint, stained glass or something. THanks for any info.
Also i have an 03 civic si and removed the center dash panel ( shifter, radio ) and painted it red, but now i am deciding between black and navy blue. I know its up to me but any input is cool. ep3 is blue.
