Question about HKS Hiper Silvia 2002 decals

Is someone built this already?

I want to know if the decals are chrome or just silver... I can't find greats pics of the 1/24: HLJ have one (http://www.hlj.com/product/AOS03745) but they seems to be silver-like than chrome
