98 jetta wabbles?

My 98 jetta has 120,000 miles and when i'm driving, especially on the freeway, every bump or unevenness the car wabbles from side to side. does this sound like a cv joint, or ball joint or something like that? Any suggestions?

Thanks, how do you know by looking at a ball joint or tie rod if it is bad?

bring it to midis/or some other frontend place and have them inspect it most time for free
