has anyone done the TODA engine kit?

I'm thinkin about doing the TODA engine kit... From the research i have gathered, it includes the cams, springs and retainers and an ecu reflash that bases the i-vtec by the throttle response. in otherwords, 75% to wide open throttle the secondaries engage at 3900 rpm, less than 75% it engages at 5900, which is pretty much stock. Just curious if anyone has any feedback on experience with it.
