Factory boost controller? Never heard of that?
You can get an aftermarket one, and your good to go.

R33 GTS-T has a factory boost control solenoid on the strut tower next to the turbo. An Apexi Power FC will not talk to the factory boost solenoid as it is only an on/off setup which is stupid. Turbosmart sell a suitable solenoid which works great and is much more reliable.

Been doing body work on the wife's GTR, so I have not had time to work on the project car of late.
Let us know how your car is going. Post up numbers.

simply bypass the factory solenoid. I would go for the Apexi AVCR over the Gizmo controller

It wont make 280Kw@wheels on the stock 370cc injectors. They are only good enough for 220Kw@wheels.
Source some Subaru WRX STi 550cc injectors, as they flow as much as the 'Nismo' 550cc injectors but are half the price ;)

370cc should be good for 300 rwhp, is that the same as 220Kw?.

dyno is done im pretty happy considering i got the stock cooler.. made 175rwk on 12.5 psi but it was a safe tune so im pleased. but it made 730nm torque!( im happy with that.)
made heaps of power throughout the rev range. the guy said if i had a bigger intercooler i woulda came close to 200rwk. im happy with it and il keep it like that for a while p.s: ( was tuned on a hot hot day)
so what is 730nm torque atw to engine hp? and would the power output change on a colder night/day? if someone knows can u please post.
thanks guys :)

Fat A/F and a little cooler air considering were you were at, yes it will make more power. Ballpark, 5hp more maybe.
I would just run the car like that. Good numbers, safe tune :)

Yes, 220Kw is roughly around 300Hp. Specifically, 74.3Kw = 100Hp
175Kw = 235Hp :)

730Nm of wheel torque is actually multiplied through your gearbox/diff. You actually made around 400Nm of flywheel torque depending on where the torque peaked. You actually made around 235Kw@flywheel which is a decent increase in power for the minimal mods.
175Kw = 235Hp :)

thanks heaps guys :)

Fit a front mount intercooler and you will notice how well it goes on a cold night ;) The stock intercooler gets too much heat soak to notice much of a difference between hot and cold ambient temperature
