Delco Moraine VI ABS schematic?

I'm looking for a wiring schematic for a Delco-Moraine VI ABS system. A.K.A. ABS wiring diagram for a 1998 Malibu.

I have an intermittent problem with low (about 3.5V) battery voltage at ABS module while my ignition voltage at the ABS module is the same as my vehicle's battery voltage (around 13.5V).

I'm assuming that I have a poor connection at my module, but I would like to confirm by probing and reading voltage at the module.
