I have a 98 oldsmobile cutlass that has a water leak in the cabin. don't know where it is coming from. The floorboards on the driver and passenger side is wet, both front and back. All the seals on the windows seem to be in good shape. Same goes for the door seals. Noticed the windshield seems to be missing a piece of plastic on the lower portion on the passenger side, but i'm not sure if that would cause this. Anyone have any suggestions?
Just in case anyone was wondering I've been a mechanic for 10 years, so i'm not completely ignorant.

Welcome to AF !

I found this TSB;
TSB #071101 -- SOME CUSTOMERS MAY COMMENT OF WATER LEAKING INTO THE CAR ON THE FRONT FLOOR. *TT (NHTSA ID #628102, NOVEMBER 07 2001)

That was all I could locate though at the moment.
I will try and find the full report and I'll post it here :thumbsup:

Here is the link where I found that TSB above.
http://www.carcomplaints.com/Oldsmobile/Cutlass/1998/tsbs.shtml (http://www.carcomplaints.com/Oldsmobile/Cutlass/1998/tsbs.shtml)
You will be shocked of all the TSB's listed !
I believe thiers over 500 , but they are not all listed :eek:

This site lists them all but costs money to view the Full TSB.

I'll still search for that TSB, I know its eiter you hvac drain clogged or piece foam out under the hood that was mispositioned from the factory.

Thanx for the info. I'll check the dain and look under the hood. Checked the sites, but i can't find any type of solution at the carcomplaint.com site. Think it may be done. The other site has a glitch and won't let me register. Oh wel, i'll try again later. Thanx again.
