front grille replaced

just noticed 2 cracks on the black plastic grille on front of my truck. It doesnt appear to have been bumped by another car but its cracked nevertheless. I have a 99 dakota club cab sport its black. That plastic grille that goes around the front of truck can come off cant it?? That way i can take it off and buy a new one. If it does come off, is it easy to detach it? Does anyone know what this part is called?? Its the black plastic piece that goes around the front of truck, in between the headlights. it seems to be all 1 piece and it goes around the grille front. no chrome, its that hard plastic material.
anyone think that part will be expensive??
