Hello all! Just looking for some help if you can.

My '93 S-10 Pickup's REAR Turn Signals, Brake and Reverse lights are all nonfunctional. I've checked every fuse under the dash and have replaced all the rear bulbs in desperation. The strange part to me is that my front turn signals and flashers work properly. I suspect a common wire for the rear of the car is at fault, but I don't know where to start. It's like the backend of the car is just dead. If it helps, it's a manual transmission. I only recently got the car but I'm not aware of any recent repairs that would've caused the problem.

Thanks in advance.

There is a plug where the rear bumper is attached to the frame on the drivers side. It's the same plug that the trailer lights adapter connects to. Check your voltage there and you can split your problem in half, either before that point or after.

On a 91 S10 I had, the wires got jambed up rear bad by a stick near the transmission. If you are not getting voltage to the plug then start tracing the wiring back to the cab looking for any damage.

Check the ground on the frame at that same harnes. I believe its on the inside of the frame rear of the truck about 16" from the back. You will need to pull the bolt holding it to the frame and clean the rust of of everything.
