Hi there, nice to see how you're getting along. Looks good so far. A suggestion that I would like to make, is that the seats are looking a bit to glossy. For the back side that is OK. I would do the black inner parts matt. But if you like it this way, that's more then OK!

Hello all,
first of all thx for the replies and comments as I am quite new in the modeling world every tip and comment is welcome.
About the seats I know they are glossy but that is the way it was shown on the manual. Next model I will try to paint them matt.
Do not hesitate to put your comments on it.
I am still looking for some TS50 before painting the body.
Greetz to everyone.

Hello there,
I allmost messed up everything yesterday evening.
I was painting the last pieces and I was using black when I finished with that paint but I was already thinking on something else and I forgot to close the paint.
After a while I wanted to take the paint but forgot the paint was not closed and I spilled what was in it on my pullover and trousers.
I was a little bit on my nerves and wanted to throw away everything but it wouldbe too stupid to give up now I am so close to finish it.
That's all for today.
Hopefully I will get some TS50 this evening my friend from Antwerp will come to me with hopefully some TS50. Otherwise I do not know where I could get some.

Hi there Adidas150,
Great job so far!
We all get set-backs every now and then, the thing with the paint spilled over you clothing, I know what you're talking about, these things mostly happen when you rush things! Modeling is by definition, taking it easy!!
For the TS-50, you can try MG Modelisme in Huy. They're a CAR modeling shop, they do only cars - mostly rally - but also racing and road cars. They should be listed in the yellow pages, if not I can send they're contact info to you via PM. Have you tried Broux in Hasselt as well?
Cheers

I need some tips as I do not want to mess up the body.
The body is primed sanded and ready to spray but I still have some questions.
After I sprayed the body do I have to place decals or do I have to put some clear coat TS13 on it and the decals afterwards.
How can I finish the body withe clear or wax or something else?
Please tell me.

It's always good to put light clear coat over color before you put decals.
Speacialy if color isn't glossy. Than you can put decals and cover it with clear coat.
But be careful with TS-13 over decals. I heard that sometimes is too strong for decals.

Good work. Looks like we are both doing Subies for our first models!
I am priming my body right now.. Gonna do the last 2 coats in about 5 min. after my primera body dries.

Yes it is. It's because I got really crazy when I see one. I am planning to make some special ones in the future.
Mine is primed this morning I put some maskingtape on the window lines it is allmost ready to spray, that will be done this weekend.
Do you have some pics of yours?

Hello all, I messed it all up this weekend. I was painting the body after put some masking tape for the windows. So I started with one thin coat, after one hour I put another coat on it and it turned out like orange peel so i thought it will get better if I put some more paint on it but that screwed the body all up. There was too much paint on some spots and not enough on others. Please advice.

Or sand it, you might be able to spare the paint job on it by sanding out all the higher areas.
