Electrical?

My friends Audo is acting strange, I figured I would consult the forum;

Her navigation system does not work anymore, it just quit on her. The display that tells you the outside temp does not work and what ever part of the display that tells her what radio station she is on does not work (the radio does work though).

I havent seen the car, just relaying the info while on the phone. Any ideas, or is she going to get raped at the dealership? :rolleyes:

On the right stalk there is a button on the underside press it once.
