OBD Code 0411

1997 Lincoln Continental. Just replaced the Air Idle Valve. Two days later
I get a service engine soon light. Connected ODB II code tester. I get a
Code 0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected. These code appeared before Air Idle Valve was changed. Anybody had this code
before?
