the 89 camry toys broken

my toyota camry , 1989 model 4 cylinder . after a cold snap the battery was dead i jumped it then drove about 60 miles to charge up battery. it ran fine next day i went out no power checked battery it was dead. i replaced battery after cleaning all connections even checking for corrosion at the fusible links. i get no power whatsoever. i checked & replaced 1 30 amp fuse in the block. still no luck. no power at all i ground off properly etc when starting. i am pretty accquanted with mechanics but this has me stimied. whats it doing p.s. the car has 300360 on it thanks tom:banghead:

Are you getting 12vdc at all the fusable links? How about at the primary lead connection on the starter. These are the first terminal points in the power path. Hows the ground connection off the battery probably on the engine block?
