A long time ago, my senior year in high school, there was a girl. she had a crush on me. I didn't reciprocate the feelings, but for the sake of "WHY THE HELL NOT" we went out anyway...for about three days. Well, Tuesday, I get a call from my mom. The converstation was as follows:
Me: hello?
Mom: Hey honey! hows it going?
Me: Fine.
Mom: do you remember Zarah?
Me: yeah.
Mom: She's a millionaire! (with excitement only a mom can voice)
Me: *click*
Well, about 15 seconds later, mom calls back.
Mom: I'm serious! George (Duffett, her father) won the lottery! 1.4 million...AFTER Taxes!
Me: (still speechless, to this moment.)
How many of you out there have seen that Miller Lite commercial? "I think we should break up...Ok, but I won the lottery" Lemme tell yeah...that commercial is no longer funny...at all.
never again.
I mean it this time...

Ok...the Mustang rumor has just been confirmed. *sigh* Her dad is looking at something a little more practical...maybe a Porsche? He says he doesn't want to spend "TOO much of it..."
I wanna know, how can you spend "TOO MUCH" of 1.4 million dollars?
I'm gonna go cry now...:bloated:

It wouldn't be worth squat if you didn't love her.
I'd much rather be in love with a poor woman than mooch off a rich one that I had no feelings for.
Reminds me of a story in a local paper I read. Apparently, this 40 something year old woman in Idaho had just been divorced by her husband, had lost her job, and she and her 4 children were moving in with her mom when she won 84 million on the powerball lottery. Bet that guy felt like an ass.

That's a good call.
And there's always the possibility that she will have spent it all by the time you have your first album in the charts...........

Points to Mr. T for the first reference to MY Future as a millionaire! :D
Anyway, Yeah...I refuse to use her. it was never an option. I've had a girl who I thought I loved...I thought she loved me, but that was at the height of my high school career, and as it turned out, she just wanted prestige by association.
As if I need to say, I agree with Ci5ic.
But I can't help but think of those old "looney toons" where Yosemite sam answers the Classifieds for a "lonely old rich widow searching for loving husband" and has to put up with the obscenely large and ape-like "Junior."
