climate control fault I-037

Recently my 95 sedan deville 4.9LT,the heat and ac quit working,the blower motor quit and the climate control display has 4 little lines like this _ _ beside where the outside and inside temperature should be displayed.And now when I start the car now,the defrost light on the climate control stays on. The OBD is reading I-037 Loss of ac programmer data. You think it is the ac programmer itself or the ac power module. Thank you!
