if you,re driving about 65 mph and let up on the gas slightly and then give it gas do you get a surging effect. this car seems to surge . wonder if it,s telling me a/t trouble ahead?

I doubt it. I have a 99LX that does the same thing. It appears that the TCC solenoid simply disengages and then re-engages when you let off the throttle and then depress it again. I thought I might have issues too but it has been doing it for 50K miles.
