Cav has risen from the grave with only minor wounds

I got a smoking deal on a black 97 2 door cav with sunroof. Only problem was the transmission was shot. Car has been sitting in a field for about 1 year. I picked up a tranny from a local junk yard for less than 200 and installed it myself. Now car still has some minor probs but is drivable.

1. ABS light stays on
2. DRL Light blinks constantly. (Not sure if the lights are on. I would say no)
3. tranny seems to shift at a high rpm.
4. Sunroof is broke but I got it closed so I will leave it be.
5. Engine has a slight miss.

Anyhow if anyone has any troubleshooting tips Im all ears.
This car seems to be in overall good condition considering the price.
