i just bought the truck last week just wanted to check everything out it has 108k on it.I noticed the map sensor plug was UNPLUGGED so i plugged it in now the truck bogs out on take off?We set the timing still the same thing so no its unplugged and its idle high and goes threw gas like crazy unplugged it doesn't bog out any answers?

That map sensor is probably bad. Get another one and see if that fixes it.
Lots of GM MAP sensors have the same values. The one on my '92 Bravada V6 works good on my '86 Cutlass Ciera 4 banger. Check the MAP vacuum hose for cracks & leaks.

Chris we tried changing the map sensor it did the same thing its like its starving for gas when its plugged in
