I am changing the front struts on our 94 ultra for the first time since the car was new and I am not putting on the oem struts. The parts man says I am to disconnect the ride control under the drivers seat. Theren are several thingg under the seat and do not know what to unplug

The ride control is the black box under the driver's seat. However, you don't have to remove anything, because by disconnecting the connectors from the struts, you're disengaging the ride control system.

Will changing the front struts out to non electric affect the level control on the back end? I am also putting new air struts on the back. The car will hold itself up without any weight in the back, but as soon as you put 2 or 300 lbs in the trunk or back seat it bottoms and won't come back up until you unload it

You will not affect the load leveling system, but you will get error messages from the bcm, showing up on the dash.
