Legality is not really an issue in Russia.

I'm a truck driver and my company delivers to alot of construction sites, i've seen some of this shit happen right after a nice rain, bunch of idiots try to drive through the site and park their little toyotas they get stuck and block off the entrance for 30-40 minutes while they wait for the bulldozer to come tow them out haha.
Another time a flat bed truck loaded with metal glass racks drove into a site and got stuck in the mud, he started to tip a little and panicked, ended up taking out part of a houses newly built frame.

No they won't. If the police bother you, just fling a few dead American presidents their way and they'll go away.

I find it funny that some of the small commuter cars even tried. If other, much larger, more adequate vehicles can't make it, you probably can't either.

I don't think the guy in yellow is wearing pants either...
Some of my hick friends from HS would love that road--either for their ATV's or their stupidly powerful trucks with lift kits and huge tires... which could probably navigate the road...

that would be lots of fun for someone with a truck capable of handling it.
imagine... miles and miles of muddin'
think, 35 - 44" tires, 7-12 inch lift, bigger motor (that mud can be thick), and serious 4wd low. a winch would help too.

I should turn my grandpas 58 gmc pickup into a mudder, that would be sweet as hell, its already got a 336 v8 and a really low first gear, id just need to put in a transfer case, and front dive setup and bigger tires, and a lift, that would e so sweet. He'd kill me if i did tho
