engine swap

have a 75 f-350 bad motor 390 going to take out,but want to put a 460 in it out of a 86 e-350 van i know i will have to change oil pan but the mounts should work right since the van frame is the same as a truck, then i thought i would take the van running gear rear end,front suspension 86 van e-350 and swap it with a 88 f-150 should fit right. has any one ever done these kind of swaps, if so please help with info.
