starting issue

1997 plymouth g. voyager not starting. it has the 3.3L. It doesnt have spark and fuel is unknown. There is a grounding strap that went to the motor mount and is broken, i couldnt see where the other side went. Ideas?

You need to diagnose the issue. If you have no spark start with the coils and ignition module then the crank position sensor. If they all check out then you will need to look at the ECM. It could be bad. I suspect you may have problem with the ignition module which is part of the coil assembly. You should also verify fuel. You can check it at the fuel rail by turning on the key and pressing the shrader fitting. If there is no fuel pressure then you will not see fuel there. If there is pressure it will spray out so stay away from the area of the fitting.
