Hm... I was thinking... and I was just wondering what everyone did for work around here...
list things like, company name, website (if applicable), what your company makes/sells(etc), position, and describe what you do...
I'll go first
I work for Daughtridge Sales Co. Inc (not Daughtridge gas)
http://www.dascosales.com
We sell pressure gauges and thermometers (for industries, not cars ;(), oh and all the associated fittings.
Calibration Technician
I calibrate the gauges. The manufacturer says that a gauge will read no more than X% off of what it is supposed to read. I take the gauges and make sure they meet that, if not, I open them up and repair them. I also do "CD4 Charts" which are expensive little charts showing what the gauge was found to meet (without asking for a CD4 the gauges are shipped out without any testing)...
Example of a CD4: (it's a clickable link)

Hmm, well I only work at a resturant, but I'm only 18 so that's okay :) It's China Doll resturant and I do basically.. everything -- except cook. I help out people who are facing too much work for one person, so I'm trained in all areas. Hell, when I take deliveries, I still get paid on shift plus deliveries, plus tips, even if I'm not at the store for hours :) I like the owner, really chill guy who drives a Porsche 911 and looking for a newer one.

I am a professional lazy ass :p. I dont work, atleast not at the moment. I worked at McDonalds from for like 4.25 years though, so I am not completely lazy, just taking the semester off of work for school. Next semester I am going to work in the cafeteria in the basement a couple days a week for a little extra cash flow (and to help fund the DSM build in the spring).

Full time partier here, 8pm-5am M-F. Haha no, dad owns a fairly large farm in NE North Dakota so that's what I do when I'm not in school. It's pretty sweet.

I worked at a local pizza for 2 1/2 years as head cook and pizza maker. It was cool. Only worked nights and was way under paid, so it sucked there.
Then worked at Circuit City for like 1 1/2 years. Was senior for my department then got moved to computers. Had way too much fun here.
Then worked at Best Buy for 1 year. Had again way too much fun here. Worked in computers, then moved to the wireless department (cell phones and iPods).
Now I work at Cingular/AT&T as the last couple posts were about. Been here for exactly 3 months right now. When I graduate from college next semester, and after I've been here one year, I'm moving to the I.T. department. Will be making some sweet dough there.
I'm also a freelance computer techy. Reformats, software stuff, hardware stuff, anything. Make some decent cash with that.
And last but not least, I'm a freelance mechanic too. Just now did a tune up on one of my co-workers car, and replaced a thermostat on my bosses car. It's 7 degrees outside. Way too cold to be doing any of that. Good times.

Mmmm, future jobs. I am planning on getting a secondary education out the ass so I can do whatever I want. I am going to get this Mechanical Engineering degree and I am planning on a Math minor. Then, I would like to go to tech school for automechanics and machining.
So bam, no matter what happens I have a back up plan. If the Mechanical Engineering thing back fires, I have a math minor so I would just have to take some teaching classes (I think) to teach high school math (I would like to teach high school calculus). If I was a teacher or if I had a lot of time as an engineer, I would get an extra job as a mechanic or maybe open a shop. So there you have it. I am going to be a calc teacher/mechanical engineer/grease monkey/shop owner when I grow up :p.
I would probably do the workin on cars thing in my retirement...

4.25 years at McDonald's? Shit, where I live, even one year at McDonald's is pretty impressive on a resume just because of all the constant rushing and bullshit dealt with there. Good on you, Dustin.
As for the future, I don't care what job I have. All I know is that I'm going to have a $10K car loan to pay off while I'm in school... but I wouldn't have to pay the school loan after I'm done school. Maybe I'll try to get a job at a bank.. I like money.

Night shift at a metal manufacturer, running and setting up a press making parts for John Deere, Case, Kubota, government vehicles (also paint these), etc... Decent money, foreman that sleeps 9 out of the 10 hour nights, and all the hiding places I need anytime I don't feel like doing anything :D
Oh yea, and a bunch of wanna-be tuners with redneck cars and such..so funny to listen to them brag about the "badass" $40 exhaust they just put on their Aspire to increase horsepower or the "insanely loud" Lightning Audio subs they put in their Ford Probe (actual examples, lol).

I'm a MILF Hunter. No training recieved, all self-taught. Level 9. Graduated from MILF Scavenger to Hunter status 2 years ago. Approximately 6 concurrent targets acquired and sustained at present, four colors. MILF refresh rate is pretty good this season: 2 per month. And what's great, is that I don't have to pay any tax on MILFs. :icon16:
Oh yeah, and other than that, on a smaller note, I work for the County of San Diego as security for a non-emergency services geriatric hostpital for my paychecks.

I work all day every day. 11-3 at Jim N Nick's Bar-B-Q (http://www.jimnnicks.com). I'm a server's assistant/bus boy.
4-11 I work at Furlong's keys, gifts, and engraving. Position...pretty obvious. It's independently owned and we're fucking swamped during Christmas doing engraving. We change watch batteries and shit, too. I'm moving to Tennessee January 3rd and starting at Valvoline Oil Change Center. Woot
