It's usefulness becomes apparent when you do a lot of close turning. Makes steering more responsive.
And it is an incredibly simple design it makes you wonder why none of the American companies make ones for the EF.

Saw those in an add somewhere onetime, i always thought theyd catch on everything you drive over...esp. if your car is lowered.How far below the exhaust pipe does that thing hang?

It was $80 at digitalracer.com
It's almost the exact color of a WRX!
And there is only about 1'' or less between it and the downpipe so it doesn't hang much. I have yet to scrape it on anything.
