You could try getting a new cluster, or checking all your wiring for water, or taking your console off round the ebrake and see if some connector there is fucked up.

or if your not that worried about it, you can always just take the light out.:D

Try checking the wiring down at the bottom of your e brake lever. You will need to pull the center consol first however. Make sure no moisture has crept in there, and make sure the wire and plug are in good condition.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ignore it or pull the bulb out.. or very soon you will be in for a nasty surprise.
Check your brake fluid level, when the level gets too low there is a level float switch in the fluid reservior, and when you go around a corner as the fluid moves around in the reservior, the light will come on.
The handbrake light is ALSO the low fluid level warning light as well.
Just check and top up your fluid, it will be low.

Definately check the fluid level, i had the same problem in my VW. If it's not ur level it may be the switch. It's set up to warn u b4 u run out of fluid. By the way don't just fill it back up, if ur low it means u either need to do a brake job or u have a problem. Check it out & don't take a chance.
