tranny troubles

i got a '92 with a 318, and its havin trouble shifting into overdrive. it usually takes about 15-20 miles befor goin into OD. Ive changed the fluid, greased up the kickdown linkages, and put in a bottle of the Lucas tranny additive. and still no results. Any ideas/suggestions??
