Tranny question

Just a quick little question for you guys that may know this. Is there a difference between the 94-95 4.6L tranny and the 96-97 unit? I have to replace mine and Ive found a couple that have said they are for the 96-97 model so I want to make sure that basically the electronics will mix because I know the bellhousing and crossmember mount is the same. Thanks in advance.

there shouldnt be any changes in those two years, obd11 sys began 96 so electrics should match *make sure all elect plugs are the same

Well actually Ford started putting the OBDII system on the '95 4.6L obviously it was on all cars in '96 but it was on the '95 LX 4.6L as well.
