C6?

Does anyone know what the new Corvette will look like or any of the specs. on it?

No one knows yet, give it a few months.

a coupla mag's had some "concept" pics of what they thought it might look like..

but if it looks like the one in Road and Track or C/D than im gnna shoot the person that designed it.

but they will prolly show some skectches soon...like spring

i like the motor trend version, and would have to agree with lotus about the others...the only thing i don't like on the motor thrend one is the round tail lights, i like the lights that are on the current ones

Indeed, those headlights don't really go with the car anyways, IMO.

:rolleyes: ok ya got me..but those were the first ones...and that design wouldnt look right with pop ups..and every other vette after the 50's had pop ups

some of those sketches looked kinda cool, but jeez, man, that looks like one ugly vette...:(

Is there any information about the performance stats on it yet?

A teacher @ school who has 4 no 5 corvettes said that the new one should have something like 400-410 hp...and the z06 will getta slight boost to 430...but i dunno...i was thinkin they will keep the normal at 350 and raise the zo6 to like 420..

Actually, on the headlight subject... I did see a newer Vette that didn't have pop-up headlights and looked damn good. It was a Lingenfelter Vette that had 550 Maranello headlights that VERY well with that car.

i dont like those convesions..they dont look right..they look GREAT on the C5-R but thats only cuz they have the bodykit and all that stuff for it..but on just a normal one to drive around ...:eek: :rolleyes:

I read an article that said the Motor Trend versions looked the most similar to the actual car, then the new Viper came out and those drawings looked too much like the viper. so they scrapped those drawings. the last drawings just suck ass.
