1993 XR7 NOX high

I recently took my car for an etest. Everything was good except the NOX. It was over the max by only 180. I did an oil change and filter. Plugs, cap and rotor, pcv valve, egr valve and air filter. It actually went up and is now about 350 over. Any suggestions?? :banghead:
