Broken door handle

About a month ago the passenger side door of my 1996 suburban(LT) became really hard to open. you'd have to pull on it really hard. and yesterday the handle finally broke off. I just wanted to know if anyone has had a similar problem. and what they had to replace. thanks

I haven't had an issue like that, but it could be a Suburban specific issue. You might want to try the Suburban Forum..it's just a click back. They might have a fix for you.

I was at a party once when it was colder than -35 with the wind outside, and I went to start this guy's '00 or '01 Chevy for him, and I grabbed the door handle and pulled it off the side of the truck. Couldn't believe it.
