HEre is the website I may buy from
http://cpwstore.carpartswholesale.com/buy.php?make_text=pontiac&ml=gram--006&model_text=grand_am&year=2001&part_name=oxygen_sensor&brand_name=replacement&repcat=true&s=1&make_code=PN
I am replacing my O2 sensors on my 2001 grand am and I noticed there are different types of o2 sensors. Are they like spark plugs....better brands are more expensive?
Anyway input would be helpful.

this would be the ones that work on your car.
That site was awfull cheap so beware of crappy parts :grinyes:
You can get them at the autozone, advance, napa, they all run about the same price. Heres a link to napa (http://www.napaonline.com/masterpages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=430&Keyword=Oxygen+sensor&KeywordCat=Oxygen+Sensor&VehCode=Y)with the part #'s.
They sell or maybe rent a special socket to remove/install them. They are pretty big. They also reach temps of around 500-700 deg.
