They arnt "molded" on.. they are part of the cast as a whole. Uh.. interesting idea??

Build your own. Just use a color printer, make like a brick wall for a parking lot. Go to a hobby shop and buy asphalt-color paint, white tape for parking spots, plastic figures. It's very easy to make an affordable diorama.

No prob. It's up to you what to use for the structure. Some simple 2x4s and some nails or screws and some foam poster board would do the tricl. Then just cut and paste onto the board with the printed paper, add some coarse powder, most likely sand to the grey paint for asphalt to imitate the rough surface we all know as asphalt, plastic 1/18 figures and that's really it. You could also get a small 1/18 garage tool kit to make it more authentic.
