when you push the On/Off button in does the indicator light (on the button)come on before you let the button back up?

thier are 3 fuses in the passenger side fuse box(at the end of the dash).

You cna also check under the hood on the passenger side and make sure the cruise unit is pluged in. Its the square box next to the coolant resivour.

I think my fuses are on the driver's side, in the car and under the hood. Are you reffering to those?

Nope!
Open the passenger door and you'll see
the fuse box on the end of the dash, just like the drivers side.

Thiers at least 3 for the cruise control.

The unit under the hood I was refering to
is the part that controls the throtle cable to work the cruise.

heres a pic of that area.
