Help my burban won't shift out of park

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :frown: I got in my burban this morning and the darn thing won't shift out of park into any other gear the darn thing seems like its stuck in park. would the neautral safety switch do this or is there a brake actuator that may be bad?

What year??????????? Try turning the key ONE click from the locked position to the OFF position and try moving the lever. Do the brake lights work??
