I would first check the obvious fuses and relays. The inside fuse box is on the right side of the dash behind the panel with the indention so you can put your fingers in it to pull it out. It is just held on by clips. Give it a good tug. The passenger door must be opened to pull the panel off. The other is a fuse distribution box under the hood near the battery on the right strut tower. It has a screwed on cover. I believe there is a fuse puller in the box under the hood.
The power window motor dying is very, very common on the Intrigue. The motor is most likely dead or temperamental. My right rear window doesn't work all summer but comes to life as soon as it gets cooler or less humid.

Check all the fuses and post back.
As far as the lights not staying on, turn them on at the stalk and see if they stay on. It could be the auto-sensor eye located on the top of the dash to the right of the defrost vents.
Good luck!

All The Problems Ended Up Being A Faulty Ignition Switch.:)

By ignition switch do you mean the part shown in this photo? I'm having the same problems and wanted to make sure I purchased the correct part.

Yup, that little PITA is the ignition switch alright. I posted a write-up on how to change it out, search for "ignition switch removal" with me as the author using the advanced search feature, and youll find it, if you havent already.
