how about a Learning / Teaching forum under Cars in General... a big reason why I am here is to learn.

Learn about what? The best way to learn is probably to read other posts.

well, for instance, that turbo thing could be in there, if you had a question you could ask it in there, etc. Right now, there's nowhere you could just ask a general question.
