Dash Lights

I have a 98 civic. the lights on my dash are not that bright even though i have it turned up to the highest level. How can i brighten this light even more and where are the lights for this? how do i access the bulb to change the bulb? thanks

Make sure all possible ground connections you can find are tight and have a good contact. If that does not work you will probably want to change the bulbs. They are inside your dash, but this is kind of a hard job. At least I would not do it unless it was absolutely necessary.
