Rear Tyre Rubs against Chassis

I have a 2001 Renault Clio Dynamic. The rear passenger wheel rubs against the chassis when going around a roundabout or when taking right hand bends. Looking at wheels from the rear you can see that the nearside wheel is off by at least 20 degrees (as if cambered). Any ideas what this could be caused by?

The first thing i can think of is that the car hit a curb at mach 8.
20 degrees?
Take a look at the shock absorbers. If they are wet/oily they need to be replaced. (both of them so both sides). a way to test your shock absorbers is to sit in the trunk of the car standing up, sitting down...fast so the car is going up and down. And in one movement (from high to stationary position or from below to stationary) that car should be steady and in stationairy position again. If not (the car keeps bouncing) drive the car to the shop closest by and replace both shock absorbers. (this also works for the front absorbers)
