2K A4 1.8T fuse box

Where the hell is it??

I installed a pair of yellow fog light bulbs 3 months ago, and recently the driverside bulb was out. I removed the splash sheild and lower lip to replace the bulb. Installed the new bulb but nothing.
Strange thing is that I put both the old and new bulb in the headlight plug and they both lip up. I even used a volt tester and nothing lip up. So, I'm hoping it's the fuse, but I can't fine the fuse box.

Any suggestions??

Open the drivers side door and look at the side of the dash and you will see a pannel on it pull it off and there you go.
