Trooper/2001
I am trying to install a remote starter and wish to know how to remove the lower instrument panel, drivers side. This panel is directly under the steering column. I can only find one plug that seems to hold the left side of this panel in place. no other visible attaching points.
Any tips are greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Mark

Hi, sometimes you have to start higher or lower and remove bezels and consoles to get at all the fasteners. I am not familiar with the 2001, but here are some directions that kind of show what I am talking about. maybe you have to remove the bezel around the instrument cluster to access the fasteners holding the lower valence?? Good luck
