Taillights

Do you paint the taillights in the internal or external part of the piece of glass?

It depends on the model. For example: If it's a 360 Modena type lense I paint the outside. If it's a 300ZX type lense I paint the inside.

I usually airbrush both sides to build up color quicker than just doing inside. I build up light coats that go on kind of dry then put on a heavy glossy coat.
