Windshield wiper issues

HI Guys,

I was hoping someone might have some advice. I have a 1986 Bronco II and my wipers have been acting up. Sometimes they will get stuck on and won't shut of and other times they don't come on at all. Today they were stuck in the upright position and wouldn't work at all. About 10 minutes later they started working and have been working normal all night. Any ideas? Could it be the motor or the switch?

Also the back wiper works but the fluid won't spray but you can hear the motor running. It is full of fluid so I know it's not that at least :)
