We had some light snow flurries last night, nothing to bad at all. Just a light fall. Decided to take some pics, thought they looked nice of Cassie, uh, in, the snow. This one came out best. Ignore the date, my cammera still thinks its last year.

Wow, apparently global warming is only affecting PA. I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Usually it's hte other way around :biggrin:

Actually, the Governor called for a state of emergency, over 1/3 of St. Louis has no power, and I haven't been able to get in touch with Matt (Elchico), but I've been hearing that Como is totally inacsseable (sp? Yeah).

lol. my car looked the excact same as yours cassie, covered in snow. they actually canceled school for once, as my school district is known to never close unless its a -35 degree windchill, or even if its under 0 degrees Farienheit. too bad i was too much in a rush to take all the snow off, and drive in the un plowed street. can we say driftoso???

we got like 8 inched overnight. how much is that?

i felt totally gipped on the whole snow thing. the entire country gets like 8 inches and no school and i just get like 3/4 of an inch. :( and i would look at your car but i can't take my eyes off the sexy eclipse in the background..hehe

We get waxed in the mountains, not so much in the Denver area.
Once a year though we get hit hard. Normally at least one storm dropping 2+ feet.
Got 2 inches this morning. 3 inches earlier this week.

well, in case you all WANTED to know, we got 15 and a half in como... that's right!! we even had snow thunder and snow lightning!!! imagine that!!!

and my honda looked worse than that. the poor honda wouldn't go anywhere the first day and the second day scraped its poor lowered self on every outstanding piece of snow and got dangerously close to being stuck EVERYWHERE!!

Columbia was inaccessible , also note that the snow plows stopped running midway through the storm, another snow plow hit and killed a man driving and injured two passengers earlier during the night. parts of I-70 were closed due to 3 trailers being jacknifed and the national guard and red cross were called in to help and my manager at work which lives an hour away stayed at the store for 3 days straight.

At least you guys get to see snow. I'm jealous just a little. Everytime I went to Georgia or New York even New Hampshire. It didn't snow until I left:banghead: oh well... got a better pic of Cassie? one without the snow.

Not at the moment, no. However, once I get back to Texas and that nice winter weather of a low of 85 and high of 98, I'll get her handwashed nice and good and get a few good shots of her. I'm just no really starting to get good with my digi cam.

Before I came up here, I used to want to get real snow so bad. Its times like these, with my car still blocked in with a damn near five foot high (I think someone, when plowing the lot, forgot that the snow gets pushed aside), that I miss a cold front being a light wind and a drop into the 70s...

I didn't walk a 1/4 mile in this stuff...

but at 1:30 in the morning on Thursday (well, technically Friday), when the storm hit us the worst, I walked a mile to and a mile back from walmart wearing a hoody, torn jeans, and not made to be outside mocasins...40 mile an hour winds, an inch and a half an hour with stinging sleet, and crazy Fultonites driving like its 85 and sunny.
