My dash lights is blinking on and off whenever I step on the brakes or putting on the signal especially noticeable with headlights on. It all started when I replaced a new battery and replaced a burnt out map light bulb.
Is there anything I can check or replace?

Thanks in advance.

I would make sure the contacts for the new battery are in good conditions and are tight.
I would also checked all possible ground connections.

So anytime there is a load on your new battery your lights dim. I would start with making sure the battery connections are tight. Next clean the battery posts and cable connections with a wire brush. Make them as shinny as you can. Start the car, wiggle the cables and watch for flickering lights. Could be internal cable corrosion creating high resistance or the chassy ground is loose or corroded. With the car running check for at least 14vdc across the battery posts. That indicates the alternator is pumping out enough voltage to charge the battery.

That done I would take your battery back to where you bought it and have them charge it and do a load test. Even new batteries can have problems.

Just for goonies pull your new map light bulb out and see if your problem goes away. A real longshot but, easy to do so why not.

This problem is really weird, the dash lights and outside marker lights blinks with headlights on and brakes applied. When it starts blinking, sounds just like a signal clicking sound, tried to trace it down by the driver side fuse box area. Also my door inside light, map light and courtesy interior lights does not work, seems like a short somewhere. And when I switch the dome light sw. to off the blinking stops but this also switches of the dash and radio push button lights off.
Is there an interior/dome light relay or fuse somewhere I can check?

You need to find an electrical diagram for your car. There might be a malfunctioning relay somewhere.
Have your checked ground and battery wiring as was mentioned above?

You'll find diagrams in the Factory Service Manuals thread at the top of the forum.

Thank you for the replies.
I have found the culprit causing the short, it was the aftermarket Autopage anti-theft module under the dash. There were 2 broken wires touching the frame under the carpet and somehow causing a load on the interior light system. I think the module is wired in a way that when the door opens it activates the alarm. And also the 7.5 fuse to the interior lights was replaced. Everything is working great.:)
