Need strut and steering knuckle

Hey guys, I have a friend with a 2005 Chevy Aveo. She needs to get a new strut and steering knuckle for the passenger side of the car. I know the Aveo is a pretty new car, but here's my question. Is there any place to get these parts at other than the dealer? Just trying to see if we can locate them a little cheaper than what they are at the dealer.
