'98 Amigo clutch problems ?

Anyone help me? The Amigo was acting up today. Backed out to go to work alright, put it in 1st and it wouldn't move. Tried a few more times and then it worked. Went all the way to work with no problems. After work, same thing happened. Anyone know what this could be? Is this a clutch problem, or what?
