doin a piece for a dude who's going to travel the country like that one I did way back when

it's loose fun and fairly mindless. I have a couple of real detailed pieces coming up so I thought a toon thing would be fun to squeeze in.

thanks but seriously I'm inspired more by what I see here. I wish I had the level of talent and vision that I see here every day.

I've found art to be much more about the pursuit as opposed to the finished product so the learning never stops. Of course this creates a situation of perpetual disappointment as the feeling of only learning overshadows the sence of accomplishment, but right after the disappointment...the pursuit begins again so it's all good.

Is this design going on a t-shirt?

I'd switch the 50 and the state, just because the height difference is too subtle to not read it "State 50". Other than that, looks awesome, never knew Mt. Rushmore's sculptures were so smug :p
