:banghead: My '94 Dodge conversion van is driving me crazy please help! I disconnected my battery in hopes of resetting the computer, because my van wouldn't start. now since I reconnected the battery it won't even turn over and to top it off the flashers go on everytime I open a door. I don't have a remote key and can't find a reset button for the alarm system. That is my first problem, before that every few weeks after putting gas, when it was almost empty, when I turned off the motor the van refuses to start until I leave it alone for about 15 or so hours. I bought a mannul and can't locate the fuel filter to change it. Now I'm hearing it may not even be the fuel filter. can anyone please help me with these 2 problems. this is my only vehicle, I need to get it fixed soon!:1zhelp: Robert

Did you try pulling the fuse for just the security system and see what happens?

Regarding the no start, it sounds like a fuel pump issue. You'll need access to a fuel pressure gauge during the no start period to see if you have sufficient pressure.

BTW, the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump inside the gas tank. That's why you can't find it. It's not replaceable as a part of regular maintenance.
