Looks like a BMW 7 class. Common is the 740i but I can't say for sure because of the small size of the photo. Do you have a better/larger picture or can you blow up this one?
There is also a two-door model that looks similar from far away, called the BMW 635 - although unlikely, because it's a rare model.
